Contacting the Support Center
If you are a currently covered by a valid maintenance and support plan, you can contact our Support Team directly through the Dragonfly interface to request support.
Before contacting us, please check to see if your question has not already been answered either in the Dragonfly Forums or in this online help system.
How to Request Support
- Choose Help > Request Support on the menu bar.
- Enter your name, email, and your question in the appropriate fields.
- Upload a file or files, such as a screen capture or text document, that further describes your inquiry, optional.
- Click the Submit button to send your request.
